Julian Kroll,
Director
Julian Kroll has been an independent consultant for eight years covering a wide variety of activities in the NZ market. In 2008 he was the lead consultant for the Ministry of Economic Development Digital Content Sector Strategy Review and was instrumental in development the model presented and accepted by the government of the time.
Julian has been the Country Manager for The York Group for the last four years, an organisation founded in USA and specialising in building channel entry strategies for technology companies and their products across the globe. TYG is represented in 40 regions round the world.
Julian has a strong grasp of the challenges facing high growth exporters and has worked with hundreds of clients over the last 8 years. He is involved in research and development project formation, commercial market entry strategy and provides advisory and mentoring services to clients across many sectors.
Julian also balances his practical skills with an eye on governance and is a Chairman and Board Director of several organisations. Julian holds a Postgraduate Master of Management from Auckland University. |

Miguel comes to Turning Point Partners with many years experience as a business consultant to small to medium companies, helping them to develop and implement their business strategies. Miguel has also spent some 20 years in ICT management in the commercial, banking, healthcare, local government and ICT vendor sectors primarily focused on delivering technology to provide innovative solutions to business problems. As a result, Miguel can apply large organisation expertise to the challenges faced by small, fast growing NZ companies. He also brings academic business management qualifications tempered by a pragmatism gained through many years’ senior management experience in small and large organizations. |
